We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and location. Bella Blue Matcha is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
